Privacy Policy
Night Signal Radio does not collect, send or sell any information about you.

What the app does with data
- No accounts. You never sign in and you never give a name or email.
- No network use. The app makes its music on your iPhone and does not send anything to us or to anyone else.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. There are no third-party SDKs and no advertising identifier.
- No permissions. It does not ask for your location, microphone, contacts, photos or camera.
What stays on your device
Your settings, your saved places and presets, your listening history, and a diagnostics log live only in the app's storage on your iPhone. The diagnostics log records technical events such as playback state, errors and battery and CPU use. It never contains anything you typed. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Sharing, only when you choose
If you share a sound's share code or a diagnostics report, the system share sheet opens and you decide where it goes. We receive nothing unless you email it to us yourself.
Apple
If you installed the app through TestFlight or the App Store, Apple handles the download and may give us crash and usage statistics under your device settings for sharing with developers. That is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The app also reads Apple's on-device MetricKit reports to show crashes and battery use inside the app. Those stay on your iPhone.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this ever changes, we will update this page and the date above before the change ships.
